Join us Thursday, June 14th, to hear Susan Ramlet and Mark Powell from Medtronic discuss the value of remote usability testing and how to incorporate this method into your research.

/

Remote usability testing supports a global focus by enabling researchers to do timely and more frequent research without travel. Researchers can gather information from a broader audience more cost-effectively and in a shorter period of time. However, there are still technology constraints that are tradeoffs to this method.

/

Mark and Susan will discuss the benefits and challenges they have encountered in their work and will explain how remote usability testing fits into Medtronic’s Agile process. They will share their experience with equipment and vendors.

/

Susan and Mark will conclude their presentation with an open discussion of remote usability testing, so bring your experiences to share or questions to explore.
